Author-Meets-Readers-Poster

My book, Digital Currents: How Technology and the Public are Shaping TV News (University of Toronto Press, 2014), is being featured in the first Author Meets Readers event of the season! I’ll speak about the book and join a panel that will include Chris Waddell (Associate Professor, Carty Chair in Business and Financial Journalism at Carleton University) and Erin Leigh (Executive Director, Ottawa Coalition to End Violence Against Women).

Author Meets Readers events take place in an informal setting – Irene’s Pub at 855 Bank St. – to encourage the community to come and engage with books recently written by academics in Carleton University’s Faculty of Public Affairs. If you are in Ottawa, I’d love to see you there on Thursday, October 2nd from 5:30-7pm!
